New fees proposal for all BOATERS suggest substantial increases – some up to 1000% over current fees.   DOBOR’s Ed Underwood, the “chief architect” of the updated statute, is currently readying approval of this proposal for ongoing consideration by DLNR’s board chaired by Suzanne Case.  Boaters are advised to contact Ed Underwood at DOBOR,  Suzanne Case at the DLNR, and the board members of the BLNR to comment on fee increases.  Click here for more information.
